I maintain contact with you at all stages of the proofreading process so that you know how your project is progressing. That allows for any nuancing of your requirements as I work through your piece.
I will contact you with any queries to be resolved. Non-urgent queries will be grouped in a single email to make the process more manageable for us both. An urgent query that must be resolved before work continues will be sent individually to avoid disruption to progress on the piece.
If you need to discuss any issues with me while I am working on your project, please contact me straight away. I will respond to you as soon as possible to resolve these issues.
Transparent and regular communication will help to ensure that you are happy with the work I do for you. Although I am the person proofreading the piece, it is your work and you should always feel free to raise queries or make suggestions.
